Global Disease Management and Clinical Outcome Company, LLC manages clinical aspects of Pharmacy Benefit Management, such as Disease Management, Formulary, Drug Utilization Review and audits, among other things. We implement a Formulary that is constantly being updated in an effort to achieve the most cost-effective therapies.

We provide true management of prescription drug programs in all aspects. Our primary function is to provide excellent service to our members while, at the same time, saving money for our clients. We have been in existence since 2000 and have been providing the lowest prices and finest service in the industry. Our card program is dynamic and flexible in implementing new plan designs and procedures that include, but are not limited to, various co-pay structures, such as dual-tier, three-tier, generic mandated and deductibles. We administer our wide range of services to approximately 50 plans and serve hundreds of thousands of people throughout the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. Many of our members are Taft-Hartley and Municipal Funds. We have established our own network of pharmacies, initiating on-line adjudication in over 50,000 pharmacies nationwide.
